Zoe Street

Zoe Street, a three story live/work loft, is the recipient of numerous architectural awards. Built on sandy in-fill in the South of Market district of San Francisco, the building is supported by concrete piers extending 40 feet deep. The piers support a structural concrete slab at ground level. Free of decoration, the exposed structure is an important feature of the building's architecture. Careful attention to the structural details, all of which are exposed, compliments the architectural design.
