Change of use of an existing two-story concrete garage structure over basement into a school arts facility. Seismic upgrade and modifications were completed in Fall 2009.

TME assisted the Architect to meet the challenge of bringing as much natural light as possible into the interior of the building without compromising the structural integrity. A custom glass structural bridge was designed allowing light into the basement.
