Presidio Trust Transit Center The new Transit Center, one of the few new structures in the Presidio, was designed under a five year As-Needed Engineering Service Contract between Tennebaum-Manheim Engineers and the Presidio Trust. The building was designed following the Presidio Trust Guidelines and serves as a transit hub with public restroom and restaurant. Construction was completed ahead of schedule.
